The 'W' in George W bush was shortened to dubya.

Bosh is from Texas, where most of the Gora KKK racist paindos/Hillbillies live. Most of them have their own paindo accent of English. So intead of saying "W", they say Dubya, like as in Teen-Dubbay-wala.
