I checked with my Travel Agent and he said it is Rs 5000 (Nearly 100 Dollars) + Accomodation has to be confirmed.The Transit VISA is for 14 days.

That's pretty much what you'd pay everywhere. I know of a travel agent in Karachi, who charges PKR 7,500 which is approx. USD 90.

No. I'm talking about Pakistani Rupees. PKR 7,500 is actually similar to INR 5,000.
