Well after quite a long time we are planning to have a Get-to-Gather (meet) on next Friday, 19th January 2007. The venue will be Qasr-e-Ibrahimi Restaurant in Dubai. This is initially planned by Sadaf (Baji) and myself, and Sadaf has agreed to bring her husband (and kids) to this meet too.
Although Umer bhai and his family will not be here as they are leaving for Vienna tonight, still it will be an opportunity for other ladies / girls to join us if they like. I will be personally inviting Dr. Tashiqa (who is also a Dubai/Sharjah GS member – I wont write her as “Guppan” as I know she hardly appear on GS and she, being a professional doctor and a very educated and decent personality – as I have figured out after my telephone conversation with her recently – she only visit forums of interest & benefits - and she dont wast her valuable time on chit chat and flooding etc… I am quite sure that she will also make to attend this get-to-gather and I hope she wont disappoint me.
So all of you Dubai / Sharjah based members, please let me know and confirm your participation as we will have to make reservation in that restaurant…
Looking forward to have an enjoyable and a memorable event… Though we will also be missing Mr. & Mrs. Aceones! and not to forget our ex-active Dubai member Mr. Sameer1 who also moved back to Pakistan lately.
