I will be travelling to Dubai with my family its 5 of us for two weeks, I am in need of a place to stay at a low price, I tried to look online but they are expensive , it will be nice to get an apartment, any help will be appreciated.

Everything here depends on what time of the year you are looking to come. Most hotels are packed during tourist season, for example, August and Nov-January. It's the busiest time of the year here. If you could explain when you would like to come, it might be easier to sort out.
Also, which Emirate/city are you looking to stay in? Hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are more expensive compared to Sharjah or Ajman.
Also, what exactly is your idea of expensive? A range would help short list locations for you.
