surah ali imraan, verse 107.
“But for those whose faces will be (lit with) white- They will be in (the light of) Allah’s mercy.

I am not aware of any effect of these verses towards bringing glow on the face. since Quran is a book of guidance so please read a few verses before this one to have a big picture of what is being stated here
**3:103 -107)
**And hold fast, all together, to the rope of Allah, and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah's favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided
And from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong, and these it is that shall be successful.
Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: For them is a dreadful penalty,
**On the day when some faces shall be white, and some faces shall be black. As for those whose faces will be black, it will be said to them: ‘Did you disbelieve after believing? Taste, then, the punishment because you disbelieved.’
And as for those whose faces will be white, they will be in the mercy of Allah**; therein will they abide.

The ‘face’ (Wajh) expresses our personality, or inmost being. White is the color of light; to become white is to be illumined with Light, which stands for felicity, the rays of the glorious light of Almighty Allah.
Black is the color of darkness, sin, rebellion, misery; removal from the grace and light of Almighty Allah. These are the signs of heaven and hell.

I don’t know about this but I heard if someone read ‘La Ilaha Illallah’ 100 times per/day. His of her face will glitter.
