Salaam everyone, I was just wondering if there is a dua in Quran which can be read to ask Allah swt for attaining shahadat when a person die. If there is, can any one plz post it on GS- religion. Also i have a question for guppies. If a person decides to fight (jihad) the enemy and they die but their desire (niyat) was just to enter janat and not lets say about fighting for the people of dat country, is dat considered shahadat or not?

its just human nature....
i've read a duaa for shahaadat....
not from Quran, from Hadith....
"Allahumma arzuqnee be-shahaadatan fee sabeelak"
(O Lord! bless me with martyrdom in ur path)
