^ He is a sad twisted man. Do you recall his rant about Junaid Jamshed before Khuda Ke Liye? I am not a fan of Junaid Jamshed anymore( he's pretty wackadoodle doo), but for Shoman to SLAM him on his own website and call him a hypocrite etc was very classless.

I remember that and personally I believe that religion is someones personal matter, and after working together for so long Shoman should have respected JJ's decision, even if it was against his ideology. Many believe that Fawad Khan's role in KKL was loosely based on JJ's life and Molana Tarriq was portrayed by Rasheed Naaz as bigot Molvi.
He should make a movie titled "Ghairat" against all the so called ghairat mand people who are beghairat of the highest order themselves but when it comes to their own mothers/sisters, their ghairat becomes important all of a sudden.
People who don't like Khuda k Liye, Bol kind of movie don't like these movie because they feel guilty inside.
Great job Shoaib Mansoor, keep exposing such people.

I do respect your point of view, but if Showman is that Ghairatmand he should expose his sponsors first. His feudal and army aaqaas first instead of showing one sided propaganda against Islam. He tend to believe that all the problem in society are due to illiterate Molvi. The character of Rasheed Naz in KKL was his revenge from Moulana Tariq who inspired Junaid Jamshed. His portrayal of Hakeem Sahib in Bol is an example of his own bias against molvis. Why don't he show how these illiterate molvis defended Islam during British era, when Christian missionaries were on a mission to convert illiterate Muslims. It was that molvi, who with his poor knowledge defended Muslims faith.
The point is not all five fingers are equal, but when you create characters like in Bol & KKL, you will try to show all five fingers equal. People should know their religion through authentic sources and scholars, instead of believing these so called sold scholars and propaganda machines.

I didn't agree with Shoaib Mansoor's ideas but I like KKL and BOL as a film. Good acting, songs and camera work.
May be his new film will having different ideas.

Lets Hope so, but I don't have good expectations from him, as far as the subject of the movie is concerned.
“I’ve been deeply troubled by the deteriorating relations between the two countries. For too long now we’ve been blaming extraneous forces and a third party for the de…cline in friendship between the two nations. Why not look within ourselves for reasons why the bonding across the border has taken such a beating?”
“It cannot be a superficial boy-meets-girl-across-the-barbed-wire-fence story. Cinema in both countries needs to go deeper to pin down the reasons for the rapidly deteriorating relations between India and Pakistan” - Shoaib Mansoor
So apparently he is going to make a love-story with the India-Pakistan relationship serving as the main conflict of the story, I guess.
O goody. Sounds like a promising project. We need intelligent Pakistanis to put out the Pakistani narrative for once. The Syed Noor’s are not capable of doing that.
Mullah bashing in Shomans style is simply disgusting. People like Shoman never acknowledged Muslim clergy's positive role towards society. Thats what my point is.
Read out my threads in History forums.. They will let you know how cutter Mullah I'm :D
Tanvir Bhai, I don't have issue when you point out problems in our society, but making Mullah and religion responsible for all the things is the area where I differ from Shoman. Aren't there good scholars promoting soft image of Islam, without twisting the facts.
I wish Shoman doesn't repeat this pathetic approach once again, but reading of the theme of his new project (Hindu-Muslim harmony and factors affecting) it I'm not hopeful.
