I wasnt sure where to post this one. For the first time this winter i have developed a dry patch where the hairline meets the forehead. If i apply moisturizer my hair gets greasy, if i leave it it looks like my skin is peeling into my head. Its not scalp dandruff… help!

Sounds like eczema or psoriasis to me. Consult a dermatologist.

Had my appointment this morning. She says its winter dryness and asked me to use a moisturizing shampoo and a less strong face wash.
