what is the best way to moisturize dry lips? someone once told me to get a toothbrush and brush off dry skin on lips then put castor oil on it, but does anyone else have any other suggestions?

1-Apply vaseline AT NIGHT before bed...the next day your lips will be so soft! thats what I do. It makes Lips seem to be able to repair very quickly!
2-Also, blistex cool liquid roller ball lip balm is good too.
3-Water water water at least 3-4 large bottles a day!

Grind rose petals to a smooth paste and mix it with fresh cream and apply. It
cures dry or chapped lips.

use any lip balm,or apply milk cream on your lips,you will have soFt an pink lips by using balai.

Bistex healing relief cream is the only thing that works for me... apply it at night

^ I dislike the taste of all dairy products so I would never be able to use this one. However, I'd highly suggest applying petroleum jelly while your lips are damp. PJ locks the moisture in and keep your lips from drying out and chapping.
Also, rub a mixture of sugar and lemon juice to flake off the dried layer and then apply a thin layer of honey on your lips. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then lick it off :)

it will make lips more drier,lemon juice will irritate chapped lips resulting in reaction.

^Hmm. It actually worked for me quite well. But yeah, some people may be more sensitive to certain products than others. But exfoliating the dried layer is important.
