Most clarifying shampoo’s are pretty drying.

Do you use heat i.e straighteners? This could be your problem, especially if you are using them every other day. If you do, try some styles that don’t involve using heat.

Oil your hair before washing, if you are worried about an overly oily scalp, just oil the length. Meadowfoam Oil on it’s own or mixed with Coconut Oil is supposed to leave the hair soft and silky.

I have curly hair and also i have issue of hair thinning. I dont use straightner/hair dryer. maybe once in months.

i oil my hair at least twice a week with mustard or coconut oil or olive oil still i have very dry hair and itchy/dandruff scalp.

if i wash more often my scalp is fine but than the issue is whether its gud for dry hair???
