Dry eyebrows

My eyebrows are sooo dry because of the cold weather. They get really flaky when i wake up in the morning. I use mustard oil on them which helps for a while but then they start to flake up again so i have to put loads of dry skin cream on, which doesnt really help.

Any suggestions on what I can use,

rosehip oil every night instead.

Rosehip oil is well absorbed and great for combating dryness.

I sound like a broken record. If it can work for people with eczema, it can work for regular dry skin.
