mix vaseline with 2-3 few drops of olive and 3-4 drops castor oil and apply a THICK layer on your lips before bedtime... it will help you INSHALLAH.. OR put a thick layer of boroline antiseptic creme before bedtime

both are tried and tested

if your lips are cracked and bleeding then try the neosporin lip ointment
