this guy was extremely lucky. he should be charged for ‘endangering life’ and being ‘drunk in public’.

I was under the impression that this poor guy was mentally unwell. At least that’s what I read.
And the tiger’s name is Vijay…you can hear people calling to him to get him away from the guy. It was not until they started throwing rocks at the tiger that he finally attacked the guy and dragged him off…
