What did you expect? This is New York City and after 11.00pm it is full of drunk bar and club goers... And the restaurants are still open because these type of clients provide a lot of business for them. Me and my friends still get drunk and go to these type of places in New York City for some desi food before going back to bars/clubs for more drinking.
