Drug Info - Calling all Doctors

Please can you guys help me? This is really important, you could be helping a police investigation, I have a little hunch about something but I want to be sure before I put it forth.
I’d really appreciate your time, you’d helping me and my family out immensely.

Can someone tell me:

-What the following drugs are prescribed for and any side effects if any?

-Do they have an impact on a persons thinking/feelings/actions? Do they inhibit rational-thinking and feelings of guilt and remorse etc.?

-Is it sensible for a doctor to prescribe them all at once? Can they have any negative side effects, especially if taken at once?

-Are they really the treatment for a “small ovarian cyst that usually resolves itself within 3 months” (Doctors notes in speech marks)?
