I didn't do excercise today but I'll be updating on Monday.I think I am gonna start with some pilates and walk routine.
Hello Stickey! This is v good idea for weight loosin. Do u have any idea how to put weight not to much but to look like a body builder. |How i can do that.

i had 2 cups of herbal green tea , but otherwise i've sat on the couch all day cause i have awful cramps today (boo)
i know working out is supposed to be good for that, but it feels so good to lie here with a heating pad lol

This week has been a struggle..I tried to concentrate on portion control.. But i did not do any exercize. I lost 2 pound.:biggthumb
24 Pound to loose...
I have cut down my portions...drinking 2-3 cups green tea...and 2 litres water a day...have lost 3 pounds in 4 days...I know that's mostly water weight...but its quiet motivating...
10 more pounds to go...

hhahha for a good 5 minutes i was like, why is she questioning my remark? subways a sandwich place and they are pretty healthy -- not the healthiest food, but better than mcdonalds ne way
still doesnt make up not working out though :(

increase your protein
weight lifting helps -- but not heavy weights
girls think that heavy weight lifting gives you muscles and that bulky look -- but if done the proper way it gives you that toned look

hey you can only be motivated - i can do so much through the internet -
it would be good to consult a doctor as well or a nutritionist so you can lose a healthy way.
Losing weight is a lifestyle - make it part of everyday.
Think about if you really want to go for seconds, or get dessert.
Go back to the food guide - thats where it starts.
