Ok lately ive been noticing an increase in the frequency of drooling while sleeping. It used to be a once in a blue moon sorta thing, but its been going on continuously for the past… hmm.. three? days already… its kinda annoying waking up in the middle of the night to a wet pillow and face… elkkhh!
Anyone know why this happens.. drooling? And how to like stop it?
If its any relevant, I used to be a horrible tooth grinder once upon a time as well.
yeah I have a desi nuskha to stop the drooling , its just a little difficult nuskha to follow though .. a well known hakeem in a village in Pakistan told me that the best thing to do is to put some cello tape on your mouth just before going to sleep ... and take it off the next morning and you will see no drooling at all ... :@:
It will be comforting for you to know that everybody drools in sleep some less than the others.
Excessive drooling poses a problem.
Try sleeping on your back. If you are a mouth breather when you sleep then you will surely drool. Try to keep your nose unclogged before going to bed so that you breath through nose more than your mouth when you are sleeping.
If you are noticing more drooling then you previously did, consult with your ENT specialist you might have some health related issue
Skitts Skitts why would you share this with us…I just woke up an read this:hayaa:
Okay seriously if you have congestion maybe post nasal drip and your nose may be stuffy and you may be breATHINg more from your mouth…= more slobber escaping from mouth
