half of my family is based in peshawar these days for project development work…my brother actually lives there for last 12 months…most of the local people actually support drone attcaks … it has broken the backbone of taliban by eliminating their top leadership..they have no one center anymore…they cannot sleep in one house for more than one night…that is why they want to negotoate now.
and what other alternative do we have? before drone attacks, our army killed zero taliban leaders…who killed mahsoood? who killed wali? drones did that…our army is supporting 200% drone attacks…
and you know what guys…most of you have started to support this approach because PTI is doing this.
I can guarantee that if PMLN was in power in NWFP and taking these actions you guys will be killing that approach
that is what bothers me most…we make emotional decisions and then try to defend them intellectually…
