You responded to the question that there were no “suicide” attacks before war on terror saying that because Afghans were in their country and not in Pakistan. I said no they were here too. What you are saying could be correct but that does not address the actual question. Were there any suicide attack back than? weapons and drug can be controlled through good rule of law. suicide attacks are very hard to stop and need extra fine intelligence.
Question remains there were no suicide attacks before war on terror even though Afghans were here and running their mafias of weapons and drugs.
I like to say that 'side attacks" are not an Afghani thing. its an arab thing, so it entered our society after US invasion and Al-qaeda and not Taliban.
