Actually in Faisalabad, IB/ISI did a great job by cleaning the shyt holes (madrisasas) in early 2006. Pretty much cleared now, trust me i am from there.
Faisalabad master plan is designed in such a way, that it’s easy to control whatever comes in or goes out.
Better spend your energies on gay areas like FATA.
