make sure you do all your observations: when moving out, when slowing down, when approaching roundabouts, when doing your manouveres etc. Checking your Blind spot is important so dont forget that.
One thing i can guarantee you is that these examiners are out there to ensure you do the test well and pass it, so dont worry or panic if you feel or think youve messed up as this will affect the rest of your driving. I can remember when i was doing my 'left reverse around teh corner' manouvere i got the car perfectly around but just couldnt work out how to get the wheels back to straight. I stopped and started going back and forth , completely blanked out about what way the wheels were and what to do without letting the car hit the kerb. My examiner realised i was confused and he said to me " now rememmber youre allowed to fix it" i still couldnt do it after a few attempts so he said to me " now relax , sit back and think what u have to do, you are allowed to fix it" so i dont know what i did but alhamdulillah the wheels straightened and everything went well !
If for example you feel your manouveres are going pear shaped, just stop relax and think what you have to do to correct it. Dont let the fact that an examiner is sitting there put you into worry or panic mode , they are not sitting there marking your reactions, they just need to see that youre doing something about it and are well aware of what youre doing.
most importantly enjoy it , think of it as something youve been doing for a long time , so no hassle at all inshAllah and do the driving just like ud do when u were with your instructor. You will be fine then inshAllah :)

well after my first driving lesson i have booked 10 more:D
i feel that i was destined to be behind the wheel:D and really enjoyed my first lesson.
i drove for about 20 mins:eek: and was scared going round corners:rotfl:
and also using the clutch changing gears and giving gas all at the same time is hard:bummer: oh well i guess i can get used to this:D
