There is a show on ARY news, Sar-e-Aam, in which the host and his team investigates irregularities in govt and society. On a recent show, they found out that the licensing dept was giving out licenses without the applicant being there. The team took a blind man’s ID card to the license dept as a sting operation, and funnily enough, the blind man was given a drivers license (against a bribe of course).
