Can anyone help me in finding driving directions from Dammam to Makkah and from Makkah to Madina, with a stopover in Jeddah...

I think it is not that difficult. My very first drive in KSA was directly from Dammam to Riyadh. On the highways signs are mentioned specially about Riyadh , Makkah , SO ask some one about the high way n then u can reach to Makkah.
but what about inside the city . How u will travel inside the city ? coz the way is not that easy inside
