well water is really good for overall health as well as skin and hair.
I don't hv any target for it. i just take at least 2 glass before breakfast. and whole day i take water whenever i remember.
some people i can't drink lots of water whole day like 10-12 glass. i advise them take half glass of water . and after almost half or quarter hour again take water but half glass. like this u can mange ur water in take. best thing if u r cooking then during cooking u can drink water time by time but again not one glass at one time take less. but take continuously.
Actually it is possible to drink too much water, it can lead to water intoxication. I dont think it occurs that often though, if you google it you’ll find lots of articles on it.
Myself i dont drink anything near to what i should. If i go out somewhere after a while i start to feel lethargic and sluggish, so i deffo need me some more water.
I keep a bottle with me and keep refilling it through out the day. And other than that, its normally 2 glasses after waking up,before every meal and before going to sleep.
