It is true olive oil is good for having not so bad of fat/choleterol compared to other kind of oils. Coconut oil is perhaps the worst besides Ghee or Lard. Other good oil is Canola, perhaps better than oilve oil as far as I remember reading its contents. Sunflower oil is somewhere in middle.
Anyhow, what is the point of drinking it and excessive amount negates any benefit in terms of losing or keeping the weight.
