I had to go to Bermuda and check on a property my Mum and Dad have over there. It was just for a few days.

It’s a beautiful island… strange laws but it really is a lovely place. I tend to get wrapped up in my work so I don’t go over very often but that’s going to change because my Mum is having knee surgery soon so they won’t be traveling home for awhile. One of us usually goes over to check on it every couple of months and some of our older family members over there.

You are such a gem thank you for the well wishes. I’ll let you know how it goes for her. My mothers sister, who is a nurse, will be flying down from Canada to help with the recovery. Or did you mean my family in Bermuda? Those aunties are well (cantankerous as always lol) and at their respective houses. I had checked in on them both when I was there. :k:

I have a 500ML re-usable glass bottle bottle that I try to get through 3 times in a day and the rest I take with food at dinner and at night.
