Drifting - Bahraini style

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

Big deal. An E Class is like a Suzuki here in Canada.

Show us some real drifting!

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

Pretty good.

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

No lane markers, white lines, no yeild signs, no reflectors. Was this road made by govt of pakistan?

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

The real drifting that takes place in your area is when it snows

I have already posted what Dubai is all about in other vid threads.

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

How can you compare a suzuki to an E class?

Malik is the Benz 4matic or rear wheel?

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

It cant be 4matic, coz then it would be difficult to drift with. All Benz are rear wheel & so is this. 4matics are not available thru agency here, because it never snows in the gulf, its a rarity, it has happened, but a rare event. So 4matics are never bought by people here, unless of course if he gets a parrallel import from US or Germany.

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

I wanna take lessons on how to drift. Does anyone know if there is such a thing in the US somewhere? Maybe I should try googling it, but don’t know what to put in search terms. Let’s see…

Ok, found some, here’s one site: 4 Ways to Drift a Car - wikiHow

I guess I need to loose my 4matic car, or maybe buy a cheap rear-wheel and a cone

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

Soneyo tofi, rear wheels ko degrade tau naa kiya kar jaanu, your 4matic is an Xcellent choice for snow yaara…here lemme demonstrate with this advert…

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

If you guys really like drifting…check out Initial D, it initially came out as an Animation, but recently was made into a movie as well. I have the complete Animation series and the movie if anyone’s interested lemme know…it’s a must for Drifting fans, and it’s as real as it gets because they’re coocoo in japan:Denjoy!

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

^^Reminds me of the Tokyo Drift race at the end.

Very cool guys, keep them coming

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

I can do it on wet roads too, only don't have any control

Re: Drifting - Bahraini style

it’s basically a balance between gas/brake…rwd’s spin out the rear if u downshift to achieve peak torque, then pull the e-brake slightly (RWD is the favorite when it comes to drifting, although 4WD isn’t bad either with right differential adjustments) and then step on the gas to accelerate thru the curve hence the ‘drift’, you just gotta keep applying the proper amount of gas to keep it slanted, too much gas and it’ll spin out, too lil gas and it’ll either straighten up or come to a stall. FWD have been on the drifting scene recently too but that’s basically like trying hard and not achieving. With a FWD you literally just drag the rear with e-brake, wheels locked and the front is speeding while the rear just slides outwards and drags through the curve (NOT COOL!!)
