this is so new to me… im in IT as well and have been for over a decade, but have always worn a suit to the interview and at work, have always had to be in professional attire..
I guess, my role is a lot to do with client interaction, so maybe a little different.. I dunno? But my hubby, also in IT, has always worn a suit to inteviews as well..
