Re: dresscode for namaz
picoico,
not exactly. you see long boots are stuck to skin and hence revealing the shape. In conjuction with skirt (the unislamic dress) it can very well be counted towards unislamic attire as a whole.

Boots are not skin. In reality, completely hiding the figure is impossible without some kind of preformed dress...which will invariably require some kind of absurd wiring system. I CAN see hips through an abaya...not to mention make out the shape of a leg when these women walk forward. That's hardly nudity.
It is highly subjective, and these attitudes are for the most part formed by our traditional notions of decent dress. Perhaps what you're really objecting to (I brought this up in a different thread too) is that a lot of us Muslims dress like the Kafir. We shouldn't be doing that, but there's no doubting that a lot of us do...
Re: dresscode for namaz
Boots are not made out of some skin tight nylon u know. The only thing that may be revealed wearing boots is that the woman has two legs
it doesn;t take a rocket scientist to know that one anyway.
Re: dresscode for namaz
Where I appreciate your first para, I have a comment to make on the second. I think all modest clothing is acceptable for a muslim. Actually many western clothes may even be more modest than our very own national dress.
Mods I have gotten my answer so please lock this thread.
