AOA Ladies and Designers,
I am getting ready for my brother’s wedding. It is a not big function. Kind of inside family. Only walima will be big.
Mehndi is just at home with family and same thing with barat.
I am so fed up of fancy dabka etc work that I Want to get dresses that are
1 - Not too expensive as I dont get to wear them ever any where here in Canada. During the last 3 wedding I had heaviest dresses made and haven’t used them except for one which was all fabric, lace and tilla. So you get my point.
2 - Budget for Mehndi 10 - 15 K, Barat: 20 k max Walima: 30 k max. Again not too elaborated work. I am looking for pearl, tilla, and resham work mostly.
So tell me is it do able you guys (Designers esp). Is my expectation reasonable. You are experienced.
Every one else Give me suggestions and your experiences and may be share pictures. I am so lost here but I am determined to not waste too much money on something I am not going to use ever.
(This year I am taking all my dresses from last weddings and donating them at Edhi)
