Sometimes, we see different places in dreams that we havent seen before ever… I just want to know, do that places really exist somewhere??

well purely from the perspective of Islamic understanding of dreams, the place may be real if the dream has meanings or they may be a figment of our own imagination, such as if we read or hear about some place from someone, a mental picture appears in our mind automatically. Some time, there are pictures in our mind that are not known to us but only our sub-concious knows about them and it shows us that in our dreams.

As I said place may be just a figment of our known or unknown imagination
There are many many many theories on how dreams get created. For the starter, you may want to read up on Freud's theory and how Ego, Id, and Super Ego work.
Then, there are many modern-day theories to explore.

Dreams have certain types.One created by our Nafs other that came from Allah or some divine source.Any dream in which we feel fear,or based on our body behaviours like thinking in concious realm or going places with your freinds are created by our nafs.One see the places his conciousness want's to see some how or our nafs want us to see them .But if in a dream if we are reminded of Allah or prophet or some saint depends upon our spirtual connection with them some how.In short term we see what our concious see without any"hijab".Everything is open in dreams there are no limitations think and done.Ever heard of lucid dreaming well i have them alot but now i see that the ones i feel were depenedent upon my strong will to see some thing or some part of what i felt anywhere got stuck in my mind.If you want to see the dream you want to see check the videos for mediation and lucid dreaming.BTW i think i have gone little off topic.:-)

I don't think it exsist if your sleeping after meditation then it may exisists but if you have slept after seeing some movie or just random sleep then it may be your thinking and vivid imagination that came in your dream reality

This might be little difficult for understanding and little bit confusing as well but if some person is spirtually sensitive he can see the real stuff the one real happening .But if he is just a common junkie like us then it just fumes of his mindly thoughts.But we can also see the real stuff through OBE and certain meditation types.
