Government constantly talks to improve facilities and salaries police department but the don’t review the factors which encouraged terrorism and crimes. I would like to say that government should have imported men power of police and investigation officer from China or Japan whose honesty and strong character famous and familiar. Pakistani police has been addicted of plundering.
To be honest, peaceful, polite and innocent no need of handsome salaries or facilities although to have such characteristics has need to implement real law and brain washing. In Pakistan has sufficient examples who has no handsome salaries or earning but they never do any criminal activity although themselves victimized of criminal activities which could occurrence through any side either police or real criminal hands.
Instead of granting facilities and salaries inquires the criminal and investigate why they are compelled to do crimes that will be democratic way, which caused came out removed them. We only have need of implementation of irony law no more much salaries or facilities, despite that all government stay to retain his oppression policies people consider government want forcibly peace and want police state who keep away the common from their rights. I observed that when government launched new law higher authorities and elites of society use it to demolish their opponents and police use it to get heavy bribery. They are always threatened commons peoples on ways. I have seen example of facilities of providing motorcycles to policemen, they are every time roaming on the roads to make illegal money, I don’t have seen yet that they have captured any terrorist or criminal hands through motorcycle patrolling.

so in short solution to this problem is to IMPORT a foreign law enforcement body and give them a chance to rectify these problems! why Chinese or Japanees?? lets say hypothetically that this can be done.. your other major concern was fat pays! do you think Japanees Policeman will leave Japan and work in Pakistan! and can Pakistan's Internal affairs ministry can afford to hire them at such large scale!!! I don't think so.
That will also raise many other concerns as well and financial unfeasibility is least of it.

internal ministery already paing fat expenses on account of security and other related affairs, do you not know ur pakistani minister how costly for us, that system bring only for limited perion not for long time, can u expect from pakistan management such all things, do u not know here very learned and wisdom person has been hopeless

ahan… interesting comparison!.. so any idea how many police officers are we talking about here?? of course few dozens will not do any good! and importing them from a country where per capita income is in between 35-40K!! nah.
as PCG said even if it was possible, our corrupt system would have influenced them as well.

This sounds like height of desperation. You acknowledge that we are a corrupt nation and we need foreign bodies (aur woh bhi chinese?) to help us enforce the law? I don't blame you.

^ Not only that but chinese???? Chinese are just as corrupt as south asians. Do Pakistanis get some kind of a bonus for kissing..chinoo asses? Before you go and do any business inchina, you have to first go and pay off the local town party boss. Pakistan is better than that.

You only have to look at the Pakistan motorway police to acknowledge that we need to hire educated people with good salaries to curb crime and corruption.
Besides, police is the reflection of the society. Where majority takes pride in breaking the law, there is not much you should expect from the majority of the police as well.

Jezz guys, hold your horses. its just a thread where an individual is expressing HIS views. Its not like that Pakistan officially asked China or Mr Shahzad is Pakistan’s interior minister who is giving us insights of future plans

Thank you very much for you kind and generous remarks, I never mind I know every one has his own conscience (inner sense of right or wrong) and sense, every one would respond and thought according to their capacity. That was the suggestion not decision ok. I know we Pakistan Muslim how selfish we never try to understand around of us if we are going smoothly and wealthy we consider we are genius and wiser remained roaming foolishly.
