Dreams are nearly never literal premonitions of future events … mostly they are symbolic and mostly you can only tell their meaning when something happens as a result …
The month Rabi-ul-Awal = month of change, good news, arrivals, finanical increase
Safar (this month) = about recovery
Umrah = can be lots of things, but mainly about reaching the height of an illness, or increase in wealth for merchants
Seeing others makes it even more obscure … so I guess you’ll just have to wait and see …
