so does anybody know the interpretation of dreams? I keep getting a dream where I’m walking and I leave blood footprints, I look down and turn my feet around and the wounds are not too big but their is blood coming out. What can it mean? Anybody?

maybe you are following the wrong path , or doing something wrong in your life , or maybe there's some danger in your way that's hurting you and leaving an impact or marks behind :)

You may want to keep close attention to detail/surroundings and not be careless... Our actions have greater impact than what we believe they would. Let's leave it at that.

People say that if you have a dream which confuses you but you have a feeling of discomfort about it then you should ask some imam or keep shhhhhh about it - one should not let their bad dreams out in the public.

If it is a recurring dream then it may have a basis worth looking into. Also the feeling in the dream is important. Are you tense or at ease, are you mindful or just plain terrified? These things make a difference to the idea of whether they are worth knowing about. Also have you done any Istikhara recently? It may be something related. Other than this take with a 'fist of salt' (i.e. a bit bigger than a pinch) and read Ibn Sirin - Dictionary of Dreams.

as dushi gee said Surah falak than please recite it as accordingly, whereas never forget to recite Ayat-ul-Kursi before going into bed. 
ps. dreams depend a lot on timing (when you see it, usually before fajar one are true, and after that are shown by shi’tan, but you never know that which one gonna be true), setting/environment of the dream also do matter a lot (e.g. if there is fire during summer that means its not good, whereas if dream shows fire in a cold and chilly environment than it symbolizes peace, comfort). there are many other things, but best it to have full believe on ALLAH SWT that what ever gonna happen with/to you, will be for your own good. :k:
