a family friend of ours once said to us that he had ziyarat of prophet mohammed {peace be upon them} in his dream but in the shape of his rauhani sheikh’s etc

i didn’t question him but i have my doubts? how can one say that he/she had ziyarat of prophet mohammed {peace be upon them} when we don’t know for sure, what prophet mohammed {peace be upon them} look like or looked like?

If you see Prophet saw in your dreams, then it is him.
coz shaitan can not take The Prophet's saw form..

Yes but he can take the form of some Sufi Sheikh (or some other form) and claim to be the Prophet :saw:, can’t he?

^ No he cant. Its either the Prophet saw, or its not. He cant claim to be the Prophet saw..

Bukhari- Volume 1, Book 3, Number 110:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, “Name yourselves with my name (use my name) but do not name yourselves with my Kunya name (i.e. Abu-l Qasim). And whoever sees me in a dream then surely he has seen me for Satan cannot impersonate me. And whoever tells a lie against me (intentionally), then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire.”

Bukhari- Volume 8, Book 73, Number 217:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "Name yourselves after me (by my name), but do not call yourselves by my Kuniya, and whoever sees me in a dream, he surely sees me, for Satan cannot impersonate me (appear in my figure). And whoever intentionally ascribes something to me falsely, he will surely take his place in the (Hell) Fire.

Question: If someone saw Prophet Mohammed (SAAWS) in his dream & the Prophet told him something about the future .. Will that become true?

Answer: Firstly, you should make sure that who you saw was the Prophet himself, because the Shaitan cannot appear in the genuine image of the Prophet. But the Shaitan can come to you in any other image saying I am the Prophet. The Prophet says in a hadith “The one who sees me in a dream, it means he saw me thoroughly, because the Shaitan cannot appear in my image”.

If one sees Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam in one’s dream, this portrayal of Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam is free front the effects of the shaytaan. Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam has himself mentioned this in many ahaadith, which shall be mentioned later. Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam has said: ‘The ones who have seen me in their dreams, have really seen me, because the shaytaan does not have the power to appear in my form’.
If one sees Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam in a dream, but sees features contrary to those mentioned at the beginning of this book or against the dignity of Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam, or one sees in a dream that Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam is ill or sad etc. or that Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam is instructing one to do something which is against the shari’ah, or which does not befit the dignity of Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam, this will be due to the shortsightedness, weakness and mistake of the one who sees the dream.

The Prophet (pbuh) said, ‘Whoever sees me in a dream, he has seen me in reality for Shaytan cannot take my shape.’ Shaytan can take the shape of Allah, but not the shape of the Prophet (pbuh). He can fool people with pretending to be Allah, but not with pretending to be the Prophet (pbuh).

possible cuz i have not heard any evidence that he cant CLAIM to be the prophet :saw:…and since no evidence is found, i will say it is possible…but i m waiting for sister mystical miss to present evidence, and when she does that inshallah i will hear and obey…

From what I know, more than often, if anyone is fortunate enough to see Prophet Mohammad :saw: the face is usually hidden one way or the other. And I have also heard the same as what Mystical Miss stated above.
