my dream job would be working for myself. My own business. .. the freedom + satisfaction is just amazing in it.

My dream as well as dream job is to do PhD after MD in medicine and work hard to earn $$$ so I can open a hospital in Pakistan and help the less fortunate ones inshaAllah.

I have no idea about a dream job. However, I'm interested in learning how many here have dream jobs.
