My mum had a dream once that she was flying in the sky (like going up)…and there was or probably were people in the background reciting Laillaha Illal Lah…(like how you do matam…say ya hussain)…and in the dream she was scared/cried that how will she come down or maybe she died or something happened…so she forced herself to wakeup..
She had another dream that there were snakes (anacondas) which opened their huge mouths and gulped her down probably but she doesn’t remember whether she got saved or hurt…
It is best not to share dreams with those that are not close to you OR those that you cannot fully trust.
Having said that here is the snake interpretation:
"If a snake swallows someone in a dream, it means that he [she] will reach a powerful position."
From a book which references works of Ibn Sireen who was the foremost dream interpreter.
Cant say for sure about flying as it can have multiple meanings and without knowing the details it is very hard to even make an approximate interpretation. (my opinion - flying is also usually good)

Best is to get a good book and you can reference it whenever you or someone close to you has a dream and confides in you.
Most high level scholars say that unless you see Mohammad (PBUH) in your dream you should not put much weight into dreams. The only thing shaitan cannot do, is come to you in a dream and make you think it is Mohammad (PBUH). All other dreams can be tricky if you are not an expert in interpreting them.
Also if one sees a recurring dream then you should pay attention to those. (based on the dreams of Pharaoh, scholars say that repeating/recurring dreams are sometimes forebodings)
