I just don’t like it. CM is not responsible of manholes. His duties are different. Guy who is sketching it on different roads of Karachi should change his strategy. He should questioned elected official and draw it on road…

CM is an elected official.

I think the idea is to get maximum attention from the authorities, not to target CM personally. You wouldn’t get much attention if you draw a UC member’s face.
