but on a similar note, there was a case in sargodha of missing manholes, the city government asked for funds and the reply from lahore was that, there are no funds, probably directed towards metro.

All roads of Lahore are dug up again for Metro train, half of SS’s tenure the roads are torn down which are fixed in the last year. These roads include Multan Road as well which was inaugurated after a lot of fanfare.
