Should SACHIN,GANGULY,LAXMAN,DRAVID be shown door by BCCI keeping in mind the hardwork continoulsy put up by youngsters playing in ranji trophys and other national mathes and eager to perform and show there talent for international teams.
Well, I believe sachin,Laxman should be shown door for sure, reason being Sachin more than half of the time is out coz of his injuries,rest of the time, he does not perform up to the mark, neither does the team depend on him anymore,hes getting old and it shows in the field.
On the other hand i also believe hes a legend and has motivated,influenced many kids,youngsters to take cricket as there profession.He’s the biggest name i could remember when comes to cricket.

-Laxman must be persisted with. He was playing M&M well...and played a few decent innings.
-Ganguly should be dumped with immediate effect.
-Dravid & Tendu should be given one more series to get their act together.

Though Dravid and Tendu will get more than one series, because in reality yuvraj and co would not last an over against M&M.
Laxman is at the top of his game, besides sehwag and gambhir, he is the only one who looks confident in his abilities out there, even when he was injured. He needs to come at #3 and be our sangakarra or kallis.
