am..experimenting different ways of wearing saree..currently am in india..wnat to know wearing style in pakistan..so plz provide some links abt saree draping style..i like fishtail saree style..

r u planning to wear saree in Pakistan? In Pakistan from what I've seen is only one style that is common among older as well as younger generation... the regular one with palloo on the left side... this is what i've atleast seen on my mom and my aunts.

yes..i want to know wearing style...i think..saree extends to..srilanka apart from india pak,bangladesh..but all are different style...anybody can shell on these issues..:)

I don't care for the one shoulder pinned up look seen on many brides. It lends to a "mughal look" but also looks dated IMO.
On my engagement, my dupatta was net so there wasn't a need to pin it up being that it wasn't too heavy. But, I think I've seen it pinned in the back, to lift some weight off of it.
