Khalida Riyasat was perfectly alright in PaRosi. Its definitely the cast of the serial which saved it, otherwise, there was nothing special about the script or direction

The characters very were well written. To me, the script for the second half of the play could’ve been a lot better.

But yes, my all time favourite PTV drama for personal reasons. I see so much of myself in little Ali (talking about his shararati ways of course) my sisters and aunts in Khalida Riyasat and Marina Khan’s characters.

• All of Sakina Samo’s serials as director ‘Amar-bail’, current ‘Muhabbat Subh ka sitara hai’. I haven’t watched her ‘Wajood e Laraib’, but seeing her direction values.. meri toba.
• That serial where Naheed Shabbir was paired against none other than Sahir Lodhi.. teasers were enough for me. probably name was ‘bichRen ge ab kaise’.
• Asghar nadeem Syed’s all projects after ‘Ghulam Gardish’ except one ‘Janam’. All his serial ‘Bol meri machli’, ‘tum ho ke chup’, ’ Riyasat’ and God know how many serials from various channels failed to leave any impression from a writer who used to pen classics like Darya, Piyas, Nijaat, Hawa’en, Chand Girhan

I like the OST video of TF BA. The original TF Humaima is looking varry beautiful in it.
She left the serial midway for film I guess and Nahid Shabbir took over her role.

I watched Tanhayian and dhoop kinary for the first time 2 years ago and since then I have been watching PTV classics.I remember watching many classics on TV like parosee,ABC,Aanch,Dhuwan,Aahan ,Family front,Ashiyana ab mujhy idea nahi tha khalida riyasat bhe 90’s k zamany ki hy

Family Front is supposed to be a classic comedy series, but I can’t stand it now. It’s so annoying.
