Any new good dramas out on Geo or ARY?
Please no Prime TV crap - I doubt many people watch it anymore.

pyari shammo is pretty good. Geo is running some promos for upcoming dramas. Looks promising. So far no caked up girls in any of the promo. Don't really know bout ARY. And I wonder how many people in this forum still have pee tv.

Did you guys notice how virtually NO ONE talks about pee tv prime programming in this forum. Man, their subscription must’ve taken a HUGE hit when geo and ary came to america.

Seeli barish is one of the best drama so far on geo.... it comes on every friday between 4:00 to 5:30 pm or something like that... its about terrorism in Pakistan involving couple of love stories... its an amazing drama... i think last friday i saw its 3rd episode... a Must watch drama...
another one after that is Wo teen din.. it comes on monday to wednesday 4:30 pm est... another great drama staring firdos jamal, saba pervaiz, and eman ali(pakistan's fav model).. The story is about the partition between pakistan and india.... another awesome drama...
on ary digital:
i like amreeka chalo.. staring moin akhter... its a great drama, and its really funny. They showed how people come from pakistan.. work 12 hours a day in gas station.. living illegally. how they give so much money to their lawyer(moin akhter) and the lawyer takes advantage of their problems and cheated them. And if they do something against them then they will black mail..
i remem in today's episode.. it was really funny how moin akhter(fraud lawyer) kept sayin that if u dont do my this work i will go and tell the fbi that you are living here illegaly and then they will simply deport you to pakistan.. and it all true...
this drama comes on fri-sun at 10:30 pm
another drama that i really like on ary is Bandish.... one of the best on ary these days.. its a must watch drama... great cast... sara chaudry, iffat rahim, fiza ali, faisal qureshi, shabbir jan, and another nice actor...... you gotta watch this one if u are missing it....

another one... its called koi tu ho... very nice drama....cast is new.... but its mainly about three girls who are doing residency in the same hospital,.... it comes on mon-tuesday 8:00 pm

anyone tell me what the heck happened to "Koi to ho" with Tauqeer Nasir...i missed just 2 episodes and i never saw the dramas on the TV again. Did it end what happened to it??

no it didnt end. tauqeer nasir becomes rich through his illegal business and likes one of the main girls roommates. thats all i remember it is suppose to come on tonight and tuesday at 10:00 pm in the west coast.

GEO Pakistan is gone start a new drama on the 18 April, here is the story line…
**Kuch Kahi Un Kahi **is filled with thrill, suspense, revenge and conflicts.
This is a story of a man named Samar, who is living in Dubai with his wife Roshani. Before getting married to Roshni, Samar went to Pakistan on a business trip where he met Chandni and they got married. After few weeks, Samar accidentally killed Chandni. Now, Samar is in crisis and trying to keep his secret safe and maintaining his balance between Chandni and Roshni. Full of family thrill and suspense this drama will catch audience’s attention and will build new records of popularity.

Pakistan Television will telecast a drama serial of 13 episodes on the rape victim, Mukhtar Mai.
Aliya Rashid, the producer, has completed all arrangements and the drama is being shot in Attock, Mari Kanjoor and Bariyar. Saima Qureshi, the daughter of famous actress Rozina, is acting in Ms Mai’s role while other actors will also join her. Aliya Rashid said the title of the serial had not been decided.

A 13-episode TV series inspired by Mukhtar Mai will be aired on PTV at the end of May. The show is produced and directed by Alia Rasheed and written by Irfan Ahmed Urfi. Ms Rasheed said the story revolved around two women, one who lives is an urban area and the other in a village, that are exploited by men. The women characters are played by Iffat Rahim and Saima Qureshi.

I really can’t wait for GEO to start their actual transmission instead of the test one so that I can get rid of PTV Prime for good.
These dramas look really old…I just can’t tolerate prime anymore!
