Hey guys,
Does anyone know the star cast, apart from Mahnoor Baloch, in this upcoming serial? Also, is it like a sequel or in any way related to Noor pur ki Rani? I have yet to watch the latter hence the question.

yes its similar to NPKR but its not the sequel..Tooba and imran abbas also there...i'll watch it bcoz of Mahnoor..

I was thinking the same thing!!! Looks way too close to Noorpur ki rani! and Uff Mahnoor and her depressing plays - when will the torture end!!

I thought I had enough of the Indian soap inspired sagas. Anybody remember his feats aka Maala, Kabhi Nakbhi to Milega Koi or summat hahahahahaha- epic failures!!

I think they look similar because both of them have been shot in Noor Mahal(Bahawalpur). I may watch an episode or two just because of Noor Mahal:D Ahh...brings back so many memories.

^ ah - I thought maybe they turned some guest house into a mahal for the story. Because in Noorpur ki Rani it really looked like they were living in a guest house.
Hum TV must be really desparate to have Faheem Burney direct.
I wish they would have put something better in the Friday night time slot.

Anybdoy remember the Drama "Riyasat"? It starred Humayun Saeed and Maria Wasti as the main protagonists. Judging by what I saw in the launch show, this show kinda has a similar storyline. Kinda.

Soooo what did everyone think?
I'm pleasantly surprised actually. I was expecting lots of crappy melodrama concocted with India soap inspired stretchiness to the storyline but I guess the first episode seemed to have proven otherwise. Not bad this, eh? (bearing in ming the person conducting all this aka Mr Fahim Burney who, judging from his past shows, totally lacks originality).
I can't believe it but I'm already waiting for next week. Surprise, surprise.
