Finally! Just finished watching the DVD pack of this drama which i picked up from Pakistan, What a drama! Very well directed and all characters were played really well. Hamayun and Ayesha were really good, Aminah Haq looked nice (:love: ) through out the drama, I thought the lady who played as the adopted daughter performed her role really well, hadn’t seen her any other drama’s before.

Abid Ali and Jehanara :k:

Laiba does alot of overacting (behaving like a spoilt child) in the beginning, i know she’s the youngest but i’m sure one would grow out of that behaviour when you get to the marriage age. :rolleyes:, although there is some improvement in her acting when she loses her child.

Excellent Drama.

i couldnt stand amna's character though.. everytime she hung her head in desperation... aaagh!! infact, shes even more annoying in Chandni Raatein... honestly a pretty face should not give u a degree in acting.. sheesh

I thought amna was ok, I haven't seen chandni raatein
another annoying character was 'bibji', or whatever I forget, she was like the villain

oh.. the one who comes from overseas? yeah shes in chandni raatein too... the paan eating lady huh?

i prefer dramas were there is minimum use of lavish houses and caked on makeup.. and stories that sort of relate to aam people.. like moi :)

yeah the paan lady, i don't even how she got into acting, she must have major connections. I actually don't mind the lavish houses and whatnot only because the dramas about villages/poor ppl are too depressing.

haha shes been in dramas for aaaaaages.. like i think she started out in the 80's... and shes always eating paan.. in every drama!

yeah.. thats true as well.. but u know all these lavish dramas are equally depressing.. geez! the clothes they wear.. and i wanna look like them when i wake up! all pretty and perfect

Too much make up and glamor..! Story line was good..okayy…Fiza Ali acted too stupidly..overacting..big time..:halo: Amna haque was so funny :stuck_out_tongue: it was okayy..! I only liked Humayun saeed in the whole drama..:love:

Hated this drama w/ a passion! It was so dang FAKE!! Why do we have to copy the Indian channel dramas just for popularity’s sake. It was pathetic how ppl lapped it up like it was the best they have every seen.
Ok Jawad’s Mehndi song is a good addition to shaadis :k:
