I have eaten it before. It looks beautiful, but really doesnt have any flavour at all. I love the colour of the outer peel.

I agree that its bland, but it pretty much takes up the flavor of whatever else fruit is in the salad. Looks awesome.

Ive had it but wasnt too bowled over by it- albeit its a very interesting looking fruit!! I think if its sweeter its quite nice!

it depends which one you are having...the one with a white interior is bland but i heard some good review about brilliant magenta flesh.

hmmm.. ony tasted the juice..:p but it looks nice, want to taste! how is it eaten anyway? like with the peel, or just the inside :s
