When has India ever been pro-Muslim/Islam.
India puts a false facade of being tolerant and secular but Islamaphobia runs in their veins, I knew people like Dr Zakir Naik are going to be a thorn in the side of extremist Hindu parties in India and they’re going to use any excuse to ban him.
As for your comment, indeed the Prophet 
is the crown of creation, the best of all Allah’s creatures and the highest in rank after Allah Himself, anyone who does not love the Prophet more than everything other than God is not a Momin (believer) but I don’t think Zakir Naik would insult the Prophet , maybe you have comprehension problems or you didn’t understand what he said.
As Muslims we respect all the Prophets (PBUT) and the Saints/Awliya (May Allah have mercy on them) but some Muslims do go too far and start doing acts of worship towards these great people against their teachings and that’s wrong.
I love Rasool-Allah and Abdul-Qadir Jeelani (rehmat ullah alaih) but I am against worshipping them.
Tauheed is the most important aspect of Islam so we have to be very careful we do not nullify it otherwise our being Muslim and our good deeds will amount to nothing on Roz-e-Mehshar, we do not want to be losers on that day when lame excses will not be accepted.
In Islam worship is doing Salaah to Allaah not lighting diyas at the dargaah.
