Yes! I recognised this, his sleeves are rolled up as well even though a few seconds earlier they were down. When I tried to explain it to my family they said it was probably just a continuity error and that I was going overboard with the clue hunting. I honestly believe the jacket thing was there for us to spot, I really think it’s the doctor trying to sort out past events or something. Also, remember at the end of the first ep when there’s a scene of the young Amy again but this time she can hear the Tardis coming but then the older Amy wakes up as it was a dream? We now that the doctor never came back for her when she was younger so what was up with that scane? Maybe I’m reading into this too much
