PPP is against this rally because they just dont have the street power to gather a crowd beyond garhi khuda buksh any more. PMLN is against the rally because it may trigger a quicker response from courts/EC in terms of verifying votes, and that will leave a lot of their big guns with their pants down. Enjoy.

Ch. Nisar is under the impression that this is a PPP or MQM or PMLN rally. (or perhaps they ahve already prepared groups of fake PTI supporters to blend in with guns, who can then be arrested, and blame laid on PTI)

LAHORE: The authorities have not allowed Dr Tahirul Qadri’s Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) to take out a protest rally on May 11 on Lahore’s Mall Road due to security reasons, SAMAA reported Friday.

The PAT workers will now be holding a public meeting in city Nasir Bagh.
