He has taught us Orthopedic Surgery for 2 years back in medical school. A very good surgeon (I am not sure if he is practicing anymore) and a knowledgeable person; we were quite fond of him. I dont know showbiz ka keera kaisay kaat gya though :bummer: He was thrice his current weight earlier though :cb:

He is an assistant professor of orthopedics surgery at Lahore General Hospital. He had a very sharp observation and used to challenge the class of 300 to sign false attendance of absent students and he just used to point them out by just a glance on the attendance sheet and even used to tell who signed the attendance for whom by matching writing/signatures :cb:

He made us girls drink milk regularly even if we were on a diet,scaring us how we leave drinking milk back in school the first baby drains calcium from our blood and second drains it from our bones and then at 50’s a woman gets fractures falling from bed :smiley:

He has a huge mansion here in Lahore,comes from a really well-off family. He was of a concept that mainly well-off people should be doctors so they only are dedicated to take care of patients while their living is not dependant on limited salaries that the doctors get while working in govt. hospitals here. He was known to never withdraw his salary from hospital and leave it for patients in his ward. His ward was the only one in hospital with a kitchen that he sponsored because patients in ortho wards are put on traction admitted for months and even family doesn’t stay with them. He suggested us to bring even one boiled egg a day and leave in the ward’s kitchen for patients so they can have their proteins for bone healing. We used to actually drop boiled eggs at wards for months :slight_smile: I really respect him and dont care whatever he’s doing in showbiz programmes on tv now.

yes TS, I’m a doctor(an anesthetist) but on a break from hospital job till my kids are responsible enough to take care of themselves so I’m not torn between work and family and failing to give my 100% to either :slight_smile: can’t handle both fields simultaneously.
